Team approach

Our approach to customer service seeks to accommodate your needs as we assemble teams based on your unique project. For example, your Knowles team may include specialists in several fields such as research, design, engineering, applied technologies and manufacturing. We also can enhance your knowledge base by providing a cross-functional team from both the Mobile Consumer Electronics and Specialty Components groups.

We invite you to collaborate with our team at every step of our “Stage Gate” process. Together, we address each of your vital concerns and engage the perspectives of marketing, engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance — helping bring your ideas to market with greater speed and confidence.
