Rewards

Base Compensation
Base compensation is reviewed annually to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Merit increases are based on individual performance.
Variable Compensation (Bonus)
Performance Based Annual Incentive Plan for eligible positions. Promotes a high performance / risk-reward culture, aligns Individual with enterprise objectives and empowers employees by enabling them to directly impact their compensation
Results are based on corporate financial performance and individual objectives.
Recent historical payouts have been between target (100%) and maximum (200%).
Retirement
401(k) - Knowles will match $.50 per dollar up to 6% of employee contribution. Employer match is contributed in Dover stock and employees become fully vested in the match after 12 months of employment.
Defined Benefit Pension - A percentage of annual pay is credited each year based on a Cash Balance formula, which is based on age + service, and vested benefits may be received as an annuity or in a lump sum upon termination.
