It has been the long-standing policy of Knowles to maintain the highest ethical standards in the conduct of Company affairs and in its relationship with customers, suppliers including 3rd party representatives, employees, and the communities in which our operations are located. Knowles maintains standards that are consistent with the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC). These standards ensure that working conditions are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that business operations are environmentally responsible. In addition, Knowles Electronics conducts its global business in accordance with the applicable U.S. and local laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). We maintain a zero tolerance policy in cases of corruption, discrimination and harassment, and violations of antitrust laws and labor laws.
Knowles accomplishes the CSR policy via our strategic quarterly business reviews, annual surveys and selected internal and external audits.
