In accordance with the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition and applicable laws in each country where we operate, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the U.K. Bribery Act and other countries’ anti-corruption laws, we strive to ensure that working conditions are safe, our employees are treated with respect and dignity, and business operations are environmentally responsible. We maintain a zero tolerance policy in cases of corruption, discrimination and harassment, and violation of anti-corruption laws and labor laws. We require compliance with all applicable laws everywhere we operate.

Ethical Standards Without Compromise

Knowles is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all interactions with customers, suppliers, employees, and communities, aligned with the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) to promote safety, fairness, and environmental responsibility.

We strictly prohibit forced, bonded, or involuntary labor and actively work to eliminate human trafficking from our supply chain through employee training, supplier engagement, and enforcement of our Supplier Code of Conduct.

Our Code of Business Conduct also requires full compliance with employment laws, including those related to wages, hours, and minimum working age.
